Shipping policy

All orders are carefully processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

However, we would like to inform you that due to unforeseen reasons, e.g. high demand, ongoing global supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, there may be potential delays in the delivery of your purchases beyond our control.

Free shipping on all orders. The first return or exchange of a product is at the expense of Cavalieri 1981 and free of charge to our customers, if there is a second return or exchange for the same order - it is at the expense of the customer at the courier's rate.

Eligibility for Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available as a payment method only for orders with a total value of up to 499 euros (inclusive of taxes and shipping charges).
2. Orders exceeding 499 euros are not eligible for Cash on Delivery and must be paid using other available payment methods such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, or digital wallets.
